Djibouti : Un crime horrible secoue les esprits à la ville d’Ali-Sabieh.

Une jeune fille à l’âge de fleur originaire d’Ali-Sabieh a été retrouvée en état pitoyable l’après-midi du lundi 24 septembre 2018 derrière l’hôpital d’Ali-Sabieh. La jeune victime, dont son père est un sage bien connu d’Aska, est une Maalin/Yonis-Moussa/Issa.

La fille a été amenée dans un endroit isolé par sa copine qui agissait sur ordre d’une bande menée par le fils de monsieur Hargo. Le garçon qui est désigné comme le principal responsable du crime est  le fils de Hargo, un membre de l’ethnie Gadaboursi résident à Ali-Sabieh depuis les années 90 et d’une femme Dayeer/Mamasan/Issa. Monsieur Hargo est un citoyen djiboutien qui fait sa vie grâce au trafic de l’essence entre Djibouti et l’Éthiopie. Il  est un point de relais à Ali-Sabieh pour les trafics des drogues et d’alcools frelatés en provenance de l’Éthiopie appartenant au frère d’Ismaël Omar Guelleh, Salah Omar Guelleh qui aussi cadre du service des eaux de Djibouti, l’ONEAD.

Vu qu’il gère les trafics d’un des barons du régime djiboutien, Hargo est devenu un homme puissant à Ali-Sabieh. Il a le pouvoir de remplacer les officiers de l’armée comme ceux de la police qui ne sont pas à son goût ou qui lui semblent trop curieux sur ses activités illégales.

La jeune victime semblait avoir des relations amicales particulières avec le fils d’Aden Hassan Atteyeh, un Horone/Issa. Or, il y a un membre de la bande du fils de Hargo qui lorgnait la jeune fille.

La bande du fils de Hargo se soule à un alcool trop fort et issu du trafic de Salah Omar Guelleh. La bande aux mains ensanglantés ordonnent à une amie de la jeune victime de conduire sa copine de chez au  lieu du kidnapping.

La bande droguée à l’alcool et le Haschisch  ligote la jeune et la torture avec des lames à rasoir pour l’obliger à accepte d’être la petite amie d’un des membres de la bande criminelle.

La bande et la copine qui servie d’appât sont emprisonnés et l’enquête est en instruction.
