Somaliland/Djibouti : D’après Hargeisa le fils du président de Djibouti est propriétaire du navire bourré d’arme…

Liban Ismael Omar guelleh - fils d'IOGHassan Osman Mohamud « Aloore », le ministre de la Sécurité du Puntland a clairement fait savoir que le navire bourré d’arme et arraisonné à Berbera était destiné au groupuscule islamiste Al-shabaab.

Le ministre a parlé aux journalistes dans son bureau à Garoowe et a confirmé que son administration surveillait les mouvements de ce navire ces derniers temps. Il va jusqu’à qualifier la Somaliland d’élément déstabilisateur de la région et de la Somalie dans sa totalité.

Pendant ce temps, Ali Muhammad dit Waran-Adde, ministre de l’Intérieur de la Somaliland a rétorqué que les armes ne sont pas destinées à Hargeisa et que son état enquête sur sa provenance et ses destinataires.

Il a nié catégoriquement l’implication de la Somaliland dans ce projet de trafic d’arme.

Or, d’une manière officieuse des membres du service des renseignements de la Somaliland pointent du doigt le fils ainé du président de la république de Djibouti, Ismaël Omar Guelleh et des proches de l’épouse du président.

En effet, Liban Ismaël Omar Guelleh a été déclaré personne non-grata du territoire de Puntland et il s’est fut expulsé manu militaire de l’aéroport puntlandaise il y a un mois et demi. Accusé déjà des trafics d’arme et de blanchissement d’argent, le Puntland avait vu la présence sur son sol de Liban dangereux et nuisible à son image auprès des occidentaux qui combattent la piraterie et les terrorismes sur le sol somalien.

Si cette accusation officieuse, pour l’instant, de Hargeisa s’avérait exacte, il est clair que Liban ne fait que perpétuer l’activité mafieuse de la famille.

Plusieurs ONGs somaliens qui ont contacté HCH24 sollicitent la médiatisation de cette affaire pour qu’il y ait une enquête Onusienne ou internationale afin que les instigateurs de la fragilisation de la Somalie soient mis à nu sur la place publique.

Un bastion du RPR, version « Françafrique », et de certaines obédiences maçonniques. C’est ça, Djibouti, quand débarque Bernard Borrel, 40 ans, avec épouse et enfants. C’est dans une note secrète transmise en janvier 2010 par l’ambassade des Etats Unis à Sana’a avec la mention « SECRET/NOFOR » que le président yéménite se plaint d’IOG.

Le télégramme révélé par wikileaks est un compte rendu de la rencontre du général Petraeus, commandant des forces américaines en Irak, puis en Afghanistan, avec le président Ali Abdallah Salah. Durant cette visite, Ali Abdallah Salah s’est plaint de son voisin, en pointant du doigt la contrebande particulièrement gênante de Djibouti. Il affirme que les gardes du Yémen ont intercepté récemment quatre conteneurs d’origine TNT de Djibouti.

Il continue la discussion en plaisantant : Ali Abdallah a déclaré aussi que les contrebandiers de tous bords corrompent à la fois les gardes-frontières de l’Arabie Saoudite et du Yémen. »
