Toute la Somalie fut surprise hier, le dimanche du 17 mars 2019, quand le président de la République de Djibouti, Ismaël Omar Guelleh en Visite officielle à Mogadiscio, a tenu devant les deux chambres du parlement somalien un discours que tout le monde qualifie de l’hypocrisie.

Dans son discours devant le parlement, Ismaël Omar Guelleh avait dit : « Les responsables du pays doivent écouter le peuple et faire ce que le peuple leur réclame. Tous les parlementaires se sont regardés parce qu’ils se demandaient si le président qui tient ce discours devant n’est pas celui qui ruiné Djibouti. Depuis aujourd’hui, la population et responsable de Mogadiscio se demandent si Ismaël Omar Guelleh se drogue, s’il est atteint d’Alzheimer ou s’il se moque d’eux.

Un proverbe somalien dit : « Doofar waligii madaahiro ooma daayo dabeecadiisa » qui – le cochon n’est jamais propre et, mais si on le rince il ne se passera pas de son habitude.

Guelleh qui tenait un autre discours hier à Mogadiscio a ordonné ce matin à Djibouti vers 10 h heure locale de jeter au centre de détention de Nagad des jeunes djiboutiens diplômés qui dénonçaient la politique de la pauvreté forcée de Guelleh.

Ces jeunes chômeurs diplômés, interpellés par l’article suivant, scandaient : « Le port de Doraleh recrute des personnes non qualifiées de la Somaliland alors que nous, les jeunes diplômés du pays, sommes au chômage forcé. Nous voulons du travail, nous voulons avoir la priorité aux faux expatrie somalilandais recrutés par la mafia djibouto-somalienne ! Comme ces jeunes manifestaient à deux pas de la présidence djiboutienne, Ismaël Omar Guelleh ordonne à la police de les arrêter et de les envoyer au centre de détention de Nagad.

Une source me disait il y a quelques minutes que Guelleh compte poursuivre en justice les jeunes diplômés pour invitation à la haine.
