Cela fait près de trois ans, le 10 aout 2019, que l’homme d’affaires new-yorkais et pédophile présumé, Jeffrey Epstein, a été retrouvé mort dans sa cellule de prison, des mois avant qu’il ne soit jugé pour trafic et abus sur de mineurs.

Il existe plein d’exemples qui montrent clairement que la République de Djibouti est tombée, depuis des dizaines d’années, dans la main d’une organisation mafieuse d’une importance régionale et qui tente de prendre une dimension internationale en développant de solides relations avec des personnes ou d’autres organisations impliquées dans des activités illégales.

Le seul cas de feu Jeffrey Epstein démontre que les infrastructures portuaires et aéroportuaires de la République de Djibouti sont officiellement ouvertes aux organisations mafieuses ou terroristes au même niveau que les commerces légaux.

L’aggravation de l’insécurité à l’aéroport International d’Ambouli.

Le site web HCH24 avait publié le 1^er novembre 2022 un article dans lequel il révélait le transfert illégal de la compagnie aérienne étatique, Air Djibouti, à Salaam African Bank. L’accord a été conclu d’une manière secrète et cette banque devrait se cacher derrière une société tombée en faillite depuis longtemps, Dallo Airlines.

Le fait de céder la compagnie aérienne étatique, Air Djibouti, à Salaam African Bank permettra à cette banque douteuse et sérieusement soupçonnée d’entretenir des relations directes avec le groupuscule terroriste somalienne Al-shabab, d’avoir dans la main les opérations aéroportuaires qui sont des activités indispensables tant pour la sécurité aérienne que pour garantir la bonne qualité des services. En effet, ça consiste à la gestion des vols, de la circulation aérienne, gestions des bagages, du fret, coordonnant et en contrôlant la mise en œuvre des opérations d’escale et la gestion des passages.

La situation peut être plus critique si Salaam African Bank choisit l’option « VIP section ». Elle peut faire circuler dans l’aéroport des personnes et des bagages sans aucun contrôle.

Est-ce que la présidence de la République sait et veut l’insécurité à l’aéroport ?

On peut répondre par l’affirmatif parce que le simple fait de chercher sur Google le nom de Salaam African Bank nous renvoie automatiquement à des articles des médias internationaux et des rapports des institutions internationales (telles que l’ONU, etc.) pointant le doigt sur les liens entre cette banque et le groupuscule somalien Al-shabab.

On ne peut pas donc dire que le gouvernement djiboutien ne connait pas les activités de Salaam African Bank. Il existe même des informations provenant des sources sûres et qui disent que le président de Djibouti, Ismaël Omar Guelleh, serait l’actionnaire principal de Salaam African Bank.

Rien n’exclus que des organisations terroristes comme Al-shabab, Al-Qaïda en Somalie et au Yémen, le groupe mafieux Qawleysato et bien d’autres groupuscules profitent de la nouvelle situation d’insécurité à l’aéroport International d’Ambouli pour cibler des avions civils, faire voyager des terroristes de l’aéroport de Djibouti, des prises d’otages des avions en transit et de viser aussi les avions militaires des forces occidentales arrivants à Djibouti.

L’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale — OACI — et les pays qui ont des intérêts à Djibouti doivent suivre de près l’évolution de la situation sécuritaire de l’Aéroport Internationale d’Ambouli de Djibouti.
