Djibouti/Éthiopie : Les prisonniers militaires de l’attaque de Garabtisan sont de retour à Djibouti et la manipulation machiavélique du régime de Guelleh n’a pas fonctionné.

Ce mercredi 21 décembre 2022, un avion de l’armée djiboutienne est parti à Addis-Abeba pour récupérer les prisonniers militaires djiboutiens de l’attaque de Garabtisan de la nuit du 06 au 07 octobre 2022 aux environs de 2 h.

Tout le monde se rappelle que la nuit du 06 au 07 octobre 2022 aux environs de 2 h, un groupe dénommé « FRUD Armé » a attaqué nos troupes armées basées à Garabtisan du Régiment de Tadjourah.

Des sources proches du colonel Mohamed Djama Doualeh ont informé à HCH24 que le président de la République de Djibouti a chargé le chef de corps du régiment interarmes de Tadjourah, le colonel-major Ali Chehem Daoud et Ali Habib connu sous son surnom de « sultan Gerisa » pour faire un semblant de négociation avec le président de la région Afar de l’Éthiopie, monsieur Awal Arba.

Les prisonniers militaires djiboutiens ont pris à midi leurs repas dans les locaux du Service national de renseignement et de sécurité de l’Éthiopie — NISS — et l’avion de l’armée les a ramenés cet après-midi à Djibouti accompagné du colonel Moustapha Ali Handouleh, Conseiller militaire du Président de Djibouti en matière de Défense.

Qui a fomenté l’attaque de Garabtisan ?

Le 5 octobre 2022, Le Général Zakaria Cheikh Ibrahim, chef d’État-Major Général des Forces armées djiboutiennes a donné l’ordre de réduire rapidement l’effectif du poste de Grabtisan. Sur les 80 militaires en poste, 50 militaires ont été déplacés dans d’autres casernes militaires (25 à Tadjourah ville et 25 à Arta).

Moins de 24 heures après la réduction de l’effectif du poste avancé de Garabtisan, les 30 militaires restés en poste ont subi une attaque éclairée avec l’appui d’un feu nourri. Le commando qui a mené l’attaque était bien armé et bien renseigné sur le nombre et les armes dont disposaient les 30 militaires en poste.

Les assaillants qui ont attaqué Garabtisan ont reçu facilement à prendre le contrôle du poste militaire. Ils massacrent certains et amenés avec eux les blessés et des prisonniers.

Quand les assaillants ont traversé la frontière djiboutienne, c’est une ambulance de la région Afar de l’Éthiopie qui a transporté les blessés.

La République de Djibouti, qui d’habitude demande l’extradition des opposants pacifistes djiboutiens en fuite ou exile en Éthiopie, n’a pas demandé à Addis-Abeba la mise en application de l’accord de sécurité entre les deux pays pour libérer les prisonniers et arrêter les assaillants.

Ceux-ci et bien d’autres informations dont dispose HCH24 confirment que la présidence de la République de Djibouti savait déjà l’attaque de Garabtisan. Rien n’exclut que la présidence de la République de Djibouti ait préparé l’attaque de Garabtisan avec le concours des hauts responsables éthiopiens.

L’attaque de Garabtisan du 6 octobre 2022 et les massacres de nos militaires font partie des projets machiavéliques du régime mafieux de Djibouti qui use tous les moyens possibles pour rester éternellement au pouvoir.

The Djiboutian military prisoners had their lunch at the premises of the Ethiopian National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) and the army plane took them back to Djibouti this afternoon accompanied by Colonel Moustapha Ali Handouleh, the President of Djibouti’s military adviser on defense matters.

Who instigated the Garabtisan attack?

On October 5, 2022, General Zakaria Cheikh Ibrahim, Chief of the General Staff of the Djibouti Armed Forces, ordered the rapid reduction of the strength of the Grabtisan post. Of the 80 soldiers on duty, 50 were moved to other military barracks (25 to Tadjourah city and 25 to Arta).

Less than 24 hours after the Garabtisan outpost was downsized, the 30 remaining soldiers were subjected to a lightning attack with heavy fire support. The commando who carried out the attack was well-armed and well-informed about the numbers and weapons available to the 30 soldiers on post.

The assailants who attacked Garabtisan were easily able to take control of the military post. They massacred some of them and brought with them the wounded and prisoners.

When the assailants crossed the Djiboutian border, it was an ambulance from the Afar region of Ethiopia that transported the injured.

The Republic of Djibouti, which usually asks for the extradition of Djibouti’s peaceful opponents on the run or in exile in Ethiopia, has not asked Addis Ababa to implement the security agreement between the two countries to release the prisoners and arrest the attackers.

These and other information available to HCH24 confirm that the presidency of the Republic of Djibouti already knew about the Garabtisan attack. There is no reason to exclude that the presidency of the Republic of Djibouti prepared the attack on Garabtisan with the help of senior Ethiopian officials.
