Somaliland : Pourquoi Ahmed M. Mahamoud Silanyo a saboté les assisses de la paix du Nord ?

SiilaanyoDepuis la nomination de Dahir Riyale Kahin, en 2 Mai 2002, à la tête de la Somaliland, état autoproclamé, par Feu Igal ex président de l’état précité, la région Nord de cet état autoproclamé connait une situation anarchique.

Dahir RIYALE mélange la gestion d’Awdal (territoire Issa) et Baki (territoire Gadabursi). Or à la création de la Somaliland, en 1993 à Borama, les 5 communautés qui composent l’entité avait chacun mis dans la calebasse son territoire, son peuple et ses armes.

Cette décision de Dahir Riyale, motivée par des intérêts claniques a commencé à avoir un impact négatif sur l’existence de la Somaliland. Cette situation déclenche des hostilités claniques qui finissent par mort d’homme.

Le sénat, composé de 5 communautés, de la Somaliland a tenu des assisses à la ville de Harirad pour ramener la paix entre les 2 communautés et dans la région Nord mais sur un coup de tête ou sur ordre reçu d’ailleurs Ahmed M. Mahamoud Silanyo rend visite, pour la première fois, la ville de Borama, libère des détenus poursuivis pour assassinat sans consentement de la justice et met à terme les assises de paix de Harirad.

Le sénat fait le Sit-in à Harirad et jusqu’à ce que Silanyo revient sur sa décision impulsive.

Quant aux Issas, ils ont déjà quitté les assises et les armes ont légèrement tonnés 2 fois depuis.

Pourquoi donc Ahmed M. Mahamoud Silanyo sabote la paix et place la Somaliland sur la pente du Chaos ?
