English version….

Djibouti: Arms trafficking by the Guelleh regime under the nose of Western forces stationed in Djibouti.

On August 19, 2021 at 10:10 p.m. GMT, the general cargo ship ZI JING SONG (IMO: 9608910, MMSI: 477 001 800) built in 2012 and sailing under the flag of Hong Kong, unloaded 21 containers full of weapons at Pier 22 of the Doraleh Multi-Purpose Port – DMP in Djibouti.

However, we have not found an order for the weapons (21 containers) from the Djibouti national army staff. The weapons were ordered on behalf of the Republican Guard and the Djibouti National Police. The director of the national police was not aware of the order and began to panic when he learned the information. The director of the police came out of his gloves and he was upset with the commander of the Republican Guard because he knew that Colonel Mohamed Djama Doualeh who manages the orders of weapons illegally returned to Djibouti and intended for trafficking.

On the morning of Saturday, August 21, 2021, Colonel WAIS OMAR BOGOREH, Commander of the Djiboutian Coast Guard, and the Commander of the Republican Guard, Colonel Mohamed Djamah Doualeh, came in person to retrieve the weapons in the port of Doraleh. The Containers full of weapons were deposited in the barracks of the Coast Guard and the Republican Guard.

These weapons are destined for trafficking because most of the weapons destined for trafficking go through these two barracks.

The proof is that on the evening of Tuesday, September 7, 2021, the head of the coast guard, Colonel Wais Omar Bogoreh, has delivered a first part to Fagal, a coastal village in the region of Obock, 20 km from Yemen – Mocha. The Yemeni dhows came to collect the weapons in Fagal.

In fact, Reliable sources claim that the weapons were not simply small boxes intended to contain small arms, but large boxes that appear to contain missiles dismantled into two parts. In Yemen, these kinds of arms deals are destined and shipped for the Huthis.

In addition, the Orders of arms from Forjas Taures in 2016, a Brazilian company, which transited through Djibouti and were destined for the Houthis confirm that they are the most important client of the Djibouti regime in the Arabian Peninsula (https://www.reuters.com/…/cnews-us-brazil-arms-taurus…).

Another element reinforcing the doubt, since the landing of 21 containers of weapons in question in Djibouti, the general cargo ship ZI JING SONG (IMO: 9608910, MMSI: 477 001 800) has disappeared on its navigation history the period between June 23, 2021 to August 26, 2021.
