Djibouti/Somaliland/Somalie/Éthiopie : Quel a été le rôle de l’ambassade de Djibouti à Addis-Abeba au sujet de la préparation du mémorandum d’entente (MOU) entre Hargeisa et Addis-Abeba ?

Depuis la signature du mémorandum d’entente (MOU) entre Hargeisa et Addis-Abeba, le 1^er janvier 2024, plusieurs membres de l’opposition somalilandaise en service dans l’état commencent à prendre leurs distances avec le président Muse Bihi Abdi parce qu’ils craignent que ce dernier utilise les forces armées éthiopiennes contre eux et ainsi bloque définitivement les futures élections tant attendues.

Comme les résistants français de l’intérieur à la Deuxième Guerre mondiale, ces opposants somalilandais tiennent depuis quelques jours des réunions secrètes pendant le soir à l’intérieur de la capitale de la Somaliland.

De plus en plus, ils lâchent quelques informations utiles pour déstabiliser le pouvoir de Muse Bihi Abdi.

La dernière information sortie des réunions des résistants somalilandais a une importance régionale et peut péjorer la situation tendue de la corne de l’Afrique.

Il semble que le ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale de la Somaliland, Dr Ciise Keyd Maxamuud, qui a fait ses études secondaires à Djibouti (Baccalauréat djiboutien) et ses études universitaires à Marseille puis aux États-Unis d’Amérique, a été à Addis-Abeba 3 jours avant la signature du mémorandum d’entente entre la Muse Bihi Abdi et Abiy Ahmed Ali. C’est-à-dire, le 28 décembre 2023, quand Hassan Sheikh Mahamoud, président de la Somalie et Muse Bihi Abdi, président de la Somaliland, se rencontraient à Djibouti pour leurs dernières discussions du 28 décembre 2023, la Somaliland et l’Éthiopie étaient en discussion à Addis-Abeba pour finaliser le document du mémorandum d’entente (MOU).

L’ambassade de Djibouti à Addis-Abeba, son excellence Abdi Mahamoud Haybe, avait contribué à sa manière au projet de mémorandum d’entente (MOU) en organisant plusieurs invitations à des repas copieux à Dr Ciise Keyd Maxamuud et ses collaborateurs pendant leurs séjours à Addis-Abeba.

Ce qui prouve que l’ambassade de Djibouti à Addis-Abeba, son excellence Abdi Mahamoud Haybe, était informée de la préparation du mémorandum d’entente (MOU) entre la Somaliland et l’Éthiopie, mais la première dame de Djibouti et son mari, président de Djibouti, étaient aussi surement informés du (MOU).

Monsieur Liban Ismael Omar Guelleh, fils ainé du président de Djibouti, et l’ambassade de Djibouti à Addis-Abeba, son excellence Abdi Mahamoud Haybe, sont des beaux-frères parce qu’ils sont mariés à deux sœurs de la famille de Dholayare.

De l’autre côté, Mohamed Said Guedi a été convoqué à Djibouti et il logement actuellement à l’hôtel Kempinski de Djibouti. Il va rencontrer demain madame Kadra Mahamoud Haid, première dame de Djibouti, et son époux, Ismael Omar Guelleh.

Vu que le couple présidentiel de Djibouti craint beaucoup les écoutes des services de renseignement occidentaux, Mohamed Said Guedi est l’une des courroies de transmission entre Muse Bihi Abdi et Ismael Omar Guelleh.

Pour aller de l’avant dans sa folie, Muse Bihi Abdi, président de la Somaliland, attend surement les ordres d’Ismael Omar Guelleh qu’il recevra par le biais de Mohamed Said Guedi.
