Ethiopie / Djibouti : Abiy Ahmed  à Djibouti pour discuter des milliards qui ont fuités vers Djibouti

Des membres hauts placés du parti au pouvoir en Ethiopie, le Front démocratique révolutionnaire du peuple éthiopien (FDRPE), ont pu faire sortir de l’Ethiopie des millions dollars dont on ne sait pas encore s’il s’agit de leurs fortunes personnels ou de l’argent détournés.

Pour faire sortir cette manne d’argent, les éthiopiens, plus particulièrement les tigréens, en fuites ont utilisé les réseaux bancaires djiboutiens devenus l’un de plus célèbre  réseaux financiers de blanchiment d’argent  en Afrique dans le monde du Dark-Business ou le business parallèle.

Un large trafic des documents de séjours de longue durée et des passeports djiboutiens ont été mis en place afin de faciliter la fuite des capitaux éthiopiens. Pour que des telles fortunes transitent illégalement dans le monde financier djiboutien il valait un soutien de la part de l’autorité djiboutienne. L’équipe du côté djiboutien qui a fourni les moyens nécessaires pour épauler la fuite était composé de la première dame de Djibouti, Kadra Haid, du gouverneur de la banque nationale, Ahmed Osman Ali, du directeur de la police nationale, Abdillahi Abdi, etc…

Le nouveau gouvernement éthiopien du Dr. Abiy Ahmed a fait pression sur le régime d’Ismaël Omar Guelleh. Pour éviter une crise avec l’Ethiopie Guelleh ordonne à Hassan Saïd, chef de la sécurité nationale, de trouver une solution crédible au problème précité. Comme d’habitude les bouc-émissaires ne manquent pas à Djibouti.

Cette fois c’est le colonel Gona (un afar) de la police des airs et des frontières (police de PAF) et son adjoint le colonel Abdo Omar Farah Iltireh  (un Issa/Saad-Moussa) qui sont tombés sous le couperet du diktat du régime de Guelleh.

Traduit devant la justice de Guelleh, la juge chargé du dossier a fait savoir aux responsables du SDS qu’elle ne peut pas juger des hommes en uniformes. Les membres de la police politique ont ramené les deux colonels dans une salle libre du tribunal et les ont ordonnés de changer de vêtement. Moins de 5 minutes après la remarque vestimentaire de la juge, le deux colonel se trouvent devant la cour habillés en tenue civil.

Et moins d’une heure après ils sont renvoyés en dépôt à la prison centrale de Djibouti, Gabode.
